Modem is not included on Wireless or Fibre plans. Modem can be purchased from Spark at an additional cost. Interest Free payments are available, terms and conditions apply.
You can bring your own modem. Bringing your own modem may impact your broadband experience or spark support. For Wireless Broadband the modem must have been purchased from Spark.
Actual performance for ADSL, VDSL and Wireless Broadband is dependent upon local conditions at your site. Stated speeds are based on theoretical maximums and actual speeds will be affected by various factors including NZ and overseas networks, your modem and computer technology including WiFi capability, internal wiring and other environmental factors. Wiring charges may apply. Spark terms and conditions apply. Free Single Static IP available on request.
*Ultra Fibre Max speed disclaimer: Ultra Fibre Max is next generation broadband delivered at blistering speeds, over the fastest fibre service in NZ (using gigabit technology). In optimal conditions, most customers should see between 700 Mbps-900Mbps on a speed test, although some connections may achieve even better than this. In order to get the best performance out of your Fibre Max service, you might need to change the way you’re connecting to the internet, and most importantly you will need to have high specification hardware in your business.
**A Fair Use Policy applies to Wireless customers. Modem not included. See Sparks's Wireless Broadband terms for more information. View terms
