With a Virtual Private Network (VPN) gateway over the internet, you can connect remote devices securely and access the services within your network. It’s easy to tailor a security profile based on where they are or what device they are using.

Secure Remote Access is a secure, cloud-delivered access service and is the only fully managed service of its kind in New Zealand. There are no up-front management or ongoing management costs, instead your business can enjoy secure remote access for a low cost fixed or variable monthly price depending on the plan you choose.


When you choose any of our managed security products, you get access to expert guidance and advice from New Zealand’s largest team of certified security consultants.


To provide cost certainty we recommend one of the monthly term plans that allow you to add or delete services as you grow. Spark Standard (Defend) is our base service fee with uplifts to Plus (Detect & Respond) or Advanced (Prevent & Comply). Pricing is based on the requirements of the customer and will take into account a combination of the number of users, devices, services etc that need to be managed, the location of the devices and any configuration features required to support your needs. An individual installation fee applies. Monthly pricing will be determined once we know the components and costs, but will be a combination of the number of services and the number of users that want to consume the services. Term options are 12, 24, 36 and 48 months, as well as open term. Spark terms and conditions apply.
